Shipping Policies
At InteriorDestiny.com we try our best to ship our orders in a timely, accurate manner. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together and may be received separately. If there are items with extended lead times on your order, your entire order may be held until the order is ready to ship complete. We will contact you via e-mail for instruction. Product availability and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.
Due to the requirements of our bank in their effort to prevent online fraud, your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase.
Lead Times
We typically pick, pack and ship orders 5-10 business days after your order has been placed. Business days are considered to be Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.
All items offered on the InteriorDestiny.com site are subject to availability. Lead times given are estimates, not guarantees. At any time a lead time for an order may be shorter or longer dependant on product availability. At the event of an unusual delay, we will promptly notify you via e-mail.
Shipping Rates
All items listed on InteriorDestiny.com ship via Fed Ex Home Delivery. InteriorDestiny.com offers free shipping on all orders over $100. All orders under $100 are shipped for a flat fee shown in the chart below:

We currently do not offer 2nd Day or Next Day shipping on our site. However if you need your purchase expidited, please contact customer service. We will then quote you the extra shipping costs. Orders shipped 2nd Day or Next Day will incur extra charges.
At this time InteriorDestiny.com is only able to ship to the contiguous 48 states. However if you would like to make a purchase and you are located outside the contiguous 48 states, please contact customer service and we will process your order manually. International shipments will be charged the shipping costs for their order.
Shipping Methods
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification with your tracking number so you can follow the progress of your shipment online. At this time InteriorDestiny.com only offers Ground Shipping. For free shipping we will decide the best carrier for your order. All orders must have a street address, no PO Boxes or APOs please.
Cancellations
We will make every effort to accommodate your request to cancel or change your order. Unfortunately we can not change orders once they have gone into production or have been shipped. We (and our factories) try to ship your items in the shortest possible time, so sometimes there is no way to change or cancel orders.
We do accept returns if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Please do not refuse any items that are shipped to you. Refused items accrue a 20% restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges for returns. |
