At InteriorDestiny.com we stand behind the quality of our products and if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will work to make it right. If you would like to return your purchase, please follow the instructions below.

Returnable Items

You may return any item purchased from InteriorDestiny.com, excluding sale and clearance items. Item(s) must be returned, in their original packaging, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping costs if paid). After 30 days we will only refund damaged merchandise due to manufacturer defects. If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered and incorrect item, please return merchandise in resalable condition.

Damages

If your package arrives to you damaged or defective please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Upon notification we will make arrangements to have the damaged piece(s) picked up and replaced. Please do not refuse any shipments. Refused shipments will incur a 20% restocking fee in additiona to any shipping charges.

Returns

To return your purchase please contact us for instruction. We will e-mail you a return form. Completely fill out the Return form to ensure that you receive proper credit. Pack & seal item(s) in their original packaging and include the Return form in the box. Packages must be returned prepaid and we recommend that you insure all packages. InteriorDestiny.com will not be held responsible for returns that are lost in shipping. If you are making a return because of a mistake that InteriorDestiny.com has made, please contact us immediately and we will issue a Return Authorization # for the package to be picked up. You will not be charged return shipping costs and we will send the correct replacement right away. Refunds will be issued only to the credit card used at time of purchase. Shipping costs (if applicable) are not refundable. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your account to be credited.
